When you use a payment link, invoice and payment identifiers, amount, status and timestamps are recorded. Full card or bank credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Rule Webs.

We retain project, invoice and transaction records for operational, dispute-resolution, tax and accounting needs, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed, subject to legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption in transit and restricted administrative access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
